Maintenance

Keeping your elevator or escalator operating at peak performance requires following a consistent maintenance protocol. At ABE our primary goal is to provide our clients with a safe and reliable resource everyday.  Our maintenance team is able to effectively service all brands of elevators and escalators in any setting, whether commercial, or industrial.   We offer flexible programs to meet your needs and budget from full monthly maintenance to semi-annual basic PM and  all of our programs include annual safety inspections. 

Repair

At ABE we are committed to providing prompt, reliable service to all who call on us whether you are a long term maintenance client or a first time caller.  With an average time in the trade of over 20 years our team of experienced technicians can handle repairs for any make of elevator, escalator or lift using only OEM parts.  With more technicians on staff than any company operating locally we are ready to respond 24/7 to your service needs.

Modernization

If your elevator is more than 15 years old, running roughly, doors are not functioning properly, you are experiencing increased downtime and your elevator cabs are damaged and dated it may be time to consider a system upgrade.  A modernizaton program will save money by increasing energy efficiency, decreasing downtime, easing traffic flow, keeping safety equipment up to date and code compliant and limiting your liability.  Each program is specifically engineered to your elevator and budget.  By using the best in non-proprietary technology we are able to renew your system for far less than the cost of a new elevator.
